OVERVIEW

At G-Force Performance Steering Wheels, every wheel we build is handcrafted to your exact specifications using premium materials. Because of the custom nature of our products, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

CUSTOM BUILT WHEELS — NO RETURNS

Custom steering wheels are built specifically for you and cannot be resold. As a result, custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange once production has begun.

This includes any wheel where you have selected:

  • A specific carbon fiber pattern or finish
  • Custom leather color or material
  • Custom stitching color
  • LED display integration
  • Custom size or shape modifications
  • Any personalized design element


We strongly encourage you to review all specifications carefully before confirming your order. Our design team is available at sales@gforcepsw.com to answer any questions before you commit.

IN-STOCK WHEELS — RETURN ELIGIBILITY

In-stock wheels that have not been installed or modified may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The wheel must be unused and in its original condition
  • The wheel must be returned in its original packaging
  • You must contact us at sales@gforcepsw.com before sending anything back
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable


We reserve the right to refuse a return if the wheel shows signs of installation, use, or damage caused by the customer.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your steering wheel arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping, we will make it right. All G-Force steering wheels are covered by our 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

To initiate a warranty or damage claim:

  1. Email us at sales@gforcepsw.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect or damage
  3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days with next steps

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Before Production Begins If you need to cancel your order before production has started, contact us immediately at sales@gforcepsw.com. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests made within 24 hours of ordering.

After Production Begins Once your custom wheel has entered production, cancellation is no longer possible. Production typically begins within 1-3 business days of order confirmation.

For in-stock orders, cancellations must be requested before the order has shipped.

REFUND PROCESS

If your return or claim is approved, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Buy now pay later refunds through Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay are subject to each provider’s refund processing times
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed


If you have not received your refund within 10 business days please:

  1. Check your bank account and payment method statement
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider directly as processing times vary
  3. If still unresolved, contact us at sales@gforcepsw.com and we will investigate

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges on custom built wheels. For in-stock wheels, exchanges are only offered in the case of a defect or error on our part. If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at sales@gforcepsw.com with your order number and photos.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND

The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Custom built steering wheels once production has begun
  • Wheels that have been installed on a vehicle
  • Wheels that have been modified or altered after delivery
  • Orders where incorrect vehicle information was provided by the customer
  • Damage resulting from improper installation or use
